Parallel Chart

Menu:

Analysis / Nominal Optimization / Parallel Chart
Analysis / Design of Experiment / Parallel Chart
Analysis / Robust Desoign / Parallel Chart

A dialog for selection the parallel axis items will be appears. After selection, the parallel chart shows all the computing points presented by a line with different color. The parallel axis represent the parameters, criteria and constraints of the experiment. Therefore, the parallel chart is useful for a multi-objective optimization. The parallel chart shows the conflicting of different criteria if its lines are crossing. If a solution is selected using left mouse double-click on the line or on the data table, the line of the selected solution is highlighted in red and criteria values are displayed on top below its name. With Ctrl-key pressed, user can select more than one item. While keeping the left mouse pressing on the arrows or on the axis of the parallel coordinates and moving, user can zoom the parallel axis or reorder the axis. Click the left mouse on the axis, user can set its min. and max. values on the property window.

Options:

Click the left mouse on the window, the options of the parallel chart can be edited in the property windows:
